Before I begin an Akashic session, I have my client write down at least three questions they would like answers to. What questions would you like to ask? You can ask about your past, present, future, about humanity, or your life's purpose. You can ask how to heal pain or release a fear. This universal sphere has all the answers.
Accessing the Records is very beautiful and quite easy. You can use a bridge, a cloud, or even a walk on the beach, and the scene begins to change, and on the count of three they will find themselves standing in front of the Hall of Akashic Records. I advise them not to go in yet — just stand outside in front of the main doors. This Hall is vast, with a marble front, tall pillars, and marble steps leading to a very large door. I never describe the Hall of Records to my clients, but they always describe it to me the same way.
Once they have finished describing it from the outside, I ask them to walk up the steps and notice that the doors automatically open for them and a guide will be waiting. The guide knew they were coming and is prepared to help them. As they enter the hall, ask them to say hello to the guide, thank the guide, and ask the guide for a name. The client will always have this guide with them, as the Hall of Records is extremely vast.
Next, tell them to look around and describe what they see. Clients begin their journey in the Grand Atrium. It is massive and breathtaking, and it takes them some time to encapsulate it all. Their description is usually the same — large dark bookcases filled with old books, long hallways lined with bookshelves, and it always reminds them of the Harry Potter library, Hogwarts Library. Then I ask them to look up. When they look up, they see the sky. There is no ceiling in the Hall of Records, and the bookcases look like they reach the sky. My belief is that there is no ceiling so God could watch what is going on, and since there are more and more souls, there needs to be endless bookshelves. They also see celestial beings floating up to the sacred books — the scribes or record keepers who document all the information received from the various souls.
Once the client has absorbed and described the majestic library, it is time to move them to their book of life. Ask the client to follow their guide to their book. Allow them time to describe what they are experiencing. Once they are handed their book, ask them to describe only the cover. Do not open the book — not yet.
The first time a client asked their book a question, the result was mind-blowing. Once your client asks their question, the book will open to a page — but the page will be blank. You see, you cannot read the Book of Life; you can only experience it. The answer lies in the experience. It may take your client instantly to a past lifetime, a childhood experience, or even the future. I always ask, "Where are you now? What are you experiencing?" Each question brings a new experience. Depending on time, they may only get answers to one or two questions, but they can always come back for more.
Practice
Write down at least three questions you would ask of your own Book of Life. Then notice which one you would be most afraid to ask — that is usually the one worth asking first.
