Now imagine yourself at the edge of a forest with
very tall trees and the greens of the tops are reaching
to the blue sky with a few puffy clouds. The path is
inviting and safe. See yourself walking on the path
through these beautiful woods. It’s a perfect day,
and you may see little bunnies or squirrels or even
a deer watching you. See the pretty little flowers
growing in the woods and, as you are walking, you
come to a clearing in the woods and see the path
turn into ten steps down to a beautiful garden, your
garden. As I count backwards, from ten to one, walk
down each step, and when you reach one, you will
be in a deep state of trance as you continue to drift
and go deeper. Go so deep that your mind is no
longer limited by the usual barriers of space and
time.
Stepping down now:
Ten… down into the deepest recesses of your mind.
Stepping down to nine… to a place where there is
no time and space…
Stepping down to eight… to a place of connection
and oneness…
Stepping down to seven… a place of wisdom…
and six… you will remember everything.
And five… the level of your relaxed state will
deepen and deepen until, by the time I reach one,
you will be in a very deep state.
Four… your mind is freed up beyond the normal
limits of space and time.
Three… down ... down ... deeper and deeper ...
Two…down ... down ... each step down increasing
the depth of your level even more.
One ...
You are in a deeply relaxed state. A divine state of
mind.
And as you reach the bottom of the stairs, in front
of you is a beautiful garden of peace and safety,
serenity, and love. A magnificent garden, a garden
filled with beautiful flowers, plants, trees, grass,
fountains, benches and a beautiful place to rest. Safe
and serene you go into this garden, and here your
body can completely rest… still filled with the
beautiful light. This is your garden. You are
completely safe here. Only those with the highest
good and love for you can enter your garden. You
can experience it with all of your senses, using your
sight, hearing, smell, and feelings. You can speak
and still stay in a deep, deep level and continue to
experience.
What are you experiencing? Are you in your
garden? What colors are the flowers?
