This powerful technique was given to me from Jesus. I use it in almost all of my sessions. The full script is in the Hypnotherapist’s Library of Scripts and Forms.
Here is what was spoken by Jesus:
"This technique heals the hidden pain and fear from past experiences. It fully heals what is hidden in our subconscious mind — limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Throughout your lifetime, pain and fear accumulate within you. When you repress your pain and fear, you start to attract more of it into your life. Until you dissolve your suppressed pain and fear, you remain stuck in an unconscious pattern of living a life of dysfunction and limitation."
"Dissolve away trials and tribulations, suffering, sorrow, sickness, and lack. Find freedom, abundance, and hope, and live your life with love, connection, and oneness."
"This technique breaks the hidden habit of attracting what you do not want. You have been in this cycle of resistance for a long time. Know it is not the circumstances in your life that cause your suffering; it is the resistance to it."
"All your fears accumulate as a result of one core fear — that you are separate from God, your Source of life energy. It is time to transition from resistance to acceptance. It is time for you to grow spiritually and awaken your soul."
Honestly, this is so powerful. I do combine it with the RESET Technique as a way for my clients to surrender their pain and fear to God. This can be done as a standalone or during a Clean-Out.
Practice
Read Jesus's message out loud, slowly, as if you were speaking it to a client in trance. Do it three times. Notice how your own breathing changes by the third reading.
